1. How many days is the camp and what time should we be there?

We provide a one-week session for summer camp of 2017 from Monday, August 7-Friday, August 11, 9am-4pm daily.

2. How much is summer camp?

The NBPA Summer Basketball Camp is priced at $650 per camper.

3. Will lunch be provided?

Lunch will be provided for the entire week. If your child has any dietary restrictions, they are encouraged to bring their own bag lunch.

4. Will uniforms be provided?

Uniforms will be provided--basketball shorts and tops.

5. Will there be giveaways?

Giveaways will be provided as well as trophies for championship teams and individual awards.

6. Will there be any current NBA players at summer camp?

There will be current NBA players and NBA personalities.*

*Please note all NBA players and NBA personalities are based on availability.

7. Will transportation be provided?

Transportation will not be provided.

8. My son/daughter will be 10 in August; can I still register for camp now?

9. What is the maximum number of children in the camp session and what is the coach-child ratio?

The camp session has a 125 camper limit. The coach-to-camper ratio is usually one coach to 7-10 kids. It usually depends on how many camp participants attend.

10. Who are the staff at NBPA Summer Basketball Camp?

The National Basketball Players Association has partnered with BC Hoops to help operate the 2017 NBPA Summer Basketball Camp. BC Hoops is a New York-based youth basketball provider that partners with professional organizations, including teams and players, to offer basketball camps and clinics in New York, New Jersey and its surrounding communities. Coach Craig Alfano, President and Co-Founder of BC Hoops, will serve as the 2017 NBPA Summer Basketball Camp Director, leading a staff of skilled veteran college and high school coaches along with former professional and college players. Coach Alfano has been directing basketball camps and clinics for the past 17 years and currently coaches high school basketball in New Jeresey, where he has earned county and league 'Coach of the Year' honors multiple times.
